Question Knowing When to Fold 'Em

Does anyone have any good, general advice for when it's best to always fold? I'm usually pretty good about getting out when I have bad hands but I'm curious as to standard guidelines for flops that just need to be folded every time.

Thanks in advance.

Frankly speaking I follow my instinct. When I am getting low on cash (I always fix a budget for each game) I get up from the table and hang around just to watch the others play. On an average I make a bit on the side. Enough for my beer. I play for fun basically.

I'll second Dexter's comment. Sometimes, there's just no telling if your hand is a good enough one at the beginning of a hand.

Though, more times than not, I'm folding if I have to differently suited + differently LOW numbered cards.

Yes, instincts is the best way to know what to do. If you are holding nothing I would say bet nothing.
