Best poker face, Guys or Gals?

Which group do you think can hold a better poker face in the strategy of the game, Guys or Gals?

I think my wife would win. I can never seem to figure out what she is thinking about, at least that is what she tells me. Guys are reactionary where girls are deeper thinkers by nature. I guess it is a matter of practice.
