What are the terms of the free money that was given to players that signed up for them? Is it just like if we win we can withdraw or are the rules on it? I couldnt find these details on the site so I am asking here.

Lets say I turn the free money given to me into $300 can I then withdraw that with no problems?

No restrictions on the $5 promo to be honest. the room itself has a 50 min withdrawal limit in general. As well, if after 2 weeks the $5 isn't played out, we'll transfer it back. Thats it, enjoy!

How does the Muck feature work? I unclick the auto muck button and i dont get the option to muck or not. Does it automatically show your cards when the auto much is unchecked? Sometimes ill see just one card show to. I dont get how it works yet.

In the poker client, click on 'popups' and select 'card selection'.. explains it nice and purdy

There seems to be something wrong with the withdrawal system. I withdrew some money to my neteller account over 4 days ago and asked from livesupport about it over 35 hours ago. In live support they told me my withdrawal will be on my neteller account during the next 24h. Whats wrong?
