What makes a good poker player?

Strategy aside, I think the mental make up of a poker play is also important and relevant. What are the characteristics of a successful player? A good bluffer? A mathematican?

I think someone who can be extremely focused for long periods of time and didn't react to set backs would make a good poker player.

If you don't ever react to set backs, you don't spend energy bluffing.

I think that a good poker player would be someone who could lie easily with no regrets, and be able to hide their emotions, even when they are doomed.

Math would definately be a very useful skill, but for the others who are not as inclined I think it is the posture of the player along with the ability to hold a straight face.
